**Document Controller**- **Contracting Company**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, organize, and maintain project documents including drawings, submittals, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure document control procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain logs for drawings, material submittals, RFI, and other project records.
- Support the project team in preparing and submitting documents to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, and archived for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor document revisions, version control, and approval workflows.
- Prepare regular document status reports, Method statements, risk assessments and track pending submissions.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, engineering, or a related field.**
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience**as a **Document Controller** in a **construction or contracting company.**
- **Experience with malls, hotels, and resort projects preferred**.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**and document management software
- **Excellent communication** and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage **multiple priorities**.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
