**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct general process operations and plant performance monitoring in both field and control room settings
- Operate and monitor equipment through Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Supervise Production Operators during routine and critical maintenance, installation, and construction tasks
- Coordinate and authorize work through the Permit to Work (PTW) system as an Area Authority
- Prepare process equipment for maintenance and overhauls, ensuring system integrity
- Monitor and respond to alarms, process deviations, and ensure optimal plant performance
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures

**Typical Equipment Handled**:

- Gas turbines and diesel engines for electric power generation
- Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
- Reciprocating and screw-type air compressors
- Gas compressors and other rotating process equipment

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of 3 years technical studies (Diploma or equivalent) in Process Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years’** experience in offshore Oil & Gas operations is essential
- Solid understanding of offshore plant operations and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Experience handling mechanical equipment and power generation systems offshore
- Strong safety awareness and experience with permit-to-work and isolation procedures
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
