We’re looking for a Waffle & Baked Potato Maker

Requirement:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to understand and follow recipe guidelines
- Commitment to quality service, including food safety and sanitation
- Previous Experiences as Crepe or Waffle Maker
- Good knowledge of English
- Food handling certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all recipes and cooking procedures to the specifications set forth by the company
- Ensure all food is consistent and recipes are followed
- Demonstrate all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper hygiene
- Maintain clean work station during entire shift
- Control and limit wasting of inventory and supplies including the recording of any lost product on waste sheets
- Properly store, wrap, label, date and rotate products
- Keep bakery area and floors clean, dry and free from debris
- Assist in the cleaning and deep cleaning of the kitchen area including equipment, coolers and freezers
- Assist in the set-up and physical counting of all weekly and monthly inventories
- Clean all equipment, tools, supplies and maintain in good working condition
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management The recipes and details will trained on the training

day.
