**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning & Execution**
- Develop detailed project execution plans, define scope, set milestones, and allocate resources.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in line with client expectations.

**Technical Oversight**
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and architectural details.
- Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve design or technical conflicts.

**Team Management**
- Lead and manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor performance, enforce safety and quality protocols, and provide on-site guidance.

**Client Coordination**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site and coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

**Procurement & Logistics**
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Oversee logistics and site readiness to avoid disruptions and delays.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including progress reports, RFIs, material approvals, and variation orders.

**Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, HSE standards, and company procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum **7-10 years** of experience in aluminum and façade project management.
- In-depth knowledge of **curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, glazing, louvers, and unitized systems**.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex façade projects in the **GCC region**, preferably Qatar.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **MS Project**, and/or **Primavera**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- **Valid Qatar Driving License** is **mandatory**.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
