**Position Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Development**: Collaborate with the management team to create a diverse and enticing breakfast and French cuisine menu, incorporating traditional and innovative dishes while considering seasonal availability and dietary preferences.

**Food Preparation and Execution**: Prepare and cook breakfast and French cuisine dishes to perfection, demonstrating excellent culinary techniques and attention to detail.

**Quality Control**: Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established standards, maintaining consistent taste, portion sizes, and plating aesthetics.

**Ingredient Selection and Inventory Management**: Source high-quality ingredients, including fresh produce, meats, and specialty French ingredients, while keeping track of inventory levels and minimizing waste.

**Kitchen Organization and Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to meet regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in breakfast and French cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary French cooking techniques, breakfast staples, and culinary trends.
- Demonstrated ability to craft innovative and visually appealing dishes while maintaining a focus on flavor and quality.
- Meticulous approach to food preparation and plating, ensuring consistency and adherence to high standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the breakfast service schedule.
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Possession of relevant certifications in food safety and sanitation is highly desirable.
