**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement **change management strategies** for healthcare operations, focusing on **medical coding, claims processing, and preapproval workflows**.
- Train and mentor **medical coders** and preapproval teams on new systems, protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., **ICD-10, CPT, HIPAA, and Qatar MOPH guidelines**).
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and clinical teams to integrate new technologies (e.g., **EMR, RCM software**) and streamline revenue cycle processes.
- Analyze KPIs to identify gaps, reduce claim denials, and improve preapproval turnaround times.
- Lead stakeholder communications to ensure adoption of changes with mínimal disruption.
- Ensure alignment with **Qatar’s healthcare policies** and payer requirements (e.g., NHIC, private insurers).

**Requirements**:

- **8-10 years of experience** in healthcare change management, with **3+ years in medical coding/preapproval training**.
- Expertise in **medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)** and insurance preapproval processes.
- Proven track record in **RCM optimization** and implementing EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Certification in **change management (Prosci, CCMP)** and/or **medical coding (CPC, CCS)** preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of **Qatar’s healthcare laws** and insurance landscape (NHIC, Daman, etc.).
