**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Specialist to lead organizational change management efforts within our Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies, processes, and digital solutions across our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership to drive cultural transformation, optimize workflows, and maximize the benefits of DT investments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of DT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess organizational readiness for change, conduct impact analyses, and identify key stakeholders and influencers to engage throughout the change process.
- Create communication plans and materials to effectively convey the benefits, impacts, and progress of DT initiatives to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to build capability and ensure employees have the necessary skills to leverage new technologies and processes.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and monitor progress against milestones and success criteria.
- Utilize change management methodologies and best practices to minimize resistance to change and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, gathering feedback and insights to refine strategies and improve future implementations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in change management approaches across the organization.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Organizational Change Management or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in change management, preferably within the context of digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis, developing communication plans, and delivering training and coaching programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes of issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
- Arabic speakers are preferred
