Identify Goals, Objective (SMART), Competencies, and areas of assessment for all positions in line with Organizational goals, objective and duties and responsibilities of the specific roles.
- Develop assessment, competency areas, appropriate rating criteria based on job position in coordination with the respective Department Heads and Subject Matter Experts
- Establish guidelines to develop/update the assessment criteria and seek review from respective Subject Matter Experts, respective departments etc.
- Ensures that the objectives and competencies has been developed based on the job descriptions of each position and agreed metrices. 3
- Develop a process to Identify areas for further development and to enable the employees to excel and to achieve their career objectives.
- Support the management in the development of technical and behavioral competency assessment criteria’s as a part of evaluation of individual performance.
- Review and analyze the existing clinical appraisal templates and annual electronic appraisal process.
- Design and develop the new appraisal templates in coordination with Oracle team.
- Upload and integrate the new appraisal templates in oracle ERP system in coordination with Oracle team.
- Ensure that the objectives are allocated to the respective staff automatically based on the position title.
- Create a library of objectives in Electronic Performance Evaluation.
- Design the approval process for performance evaluation and implement in the ERP System
- Testing of the revised appraisal process to be conducted before initiating 2021 Performance appraisal process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 18000 QR.

**Salary**: QAR16,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month

- Performance Evaluation: 3 years (required)
