**Guest Relations Officer (Female)**
Department: Front Office / Guest Services
Reports To: Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager

**Position Summary**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and suggest hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond quickly to guest questions and resolve any concerns.
- Manage VIP guest arrivals and special requests with attention to detail.
- Help guests celebrate special occasions and arrange personalized room setups if needed.
- Promote hotel dining and services to guests.
- Keep guest areas neat and tidy, upholding hotel standards.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure smooth service.
- Collect guest feedback to help improve our service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and promote teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Warm, approachable attitude; able to handle pressure gracefully.
- Good organization and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a passion for great service.
