**Job Overview**:
As a Leasing Real Estate Agent at ABH real estate, you will play a vital role in the leasing process, facilitating transactions between property owners and prospective tenants. Your focus will be on marketing and leasing residential/commercial properties, conducting property showings, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our clients.

**responsibilities**:

- **Create and manage** appealing property listings for rental units.
- **Conduct market analysis** to determine competitive rental prices.
- **Implement **effective advertising and marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- **Conduct property showings,** highlighting features and addressing tenant inquiries.
- **Prepare lease agreements**, explaining terms to tenants and ensuring legal compliance.
- **Negotiate** lease terms and rental prices between property owners and tenants.
- **Manage tenant relationships**, address concerns, and facilitate communication between parties.
- **Conduct** property inspections before and after lease terms to document conditions.
- **Ensure** all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- **Maintain** accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and communication.

**qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar real estate role.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and rental laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to market properties effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

License/Certification:

- DRIVER LICENSE (preferred)
