Experienced Senior Civil Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works, particularly for Call-Off and maintenance projects with Q-Companies (QatarEnergy, QAFCO, QAFAC, etc.). Responsible for quantification, rate analysis, and cost evaluation to support the tender team in developing competitive proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Prepare precise quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and infrastructure components.
- Develop cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
- Perform detailed rate analysis and pricing based on market conditions.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement departments for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Prepare cost summaries, estimation sheets, and internal evaluation reports.
- Ensure all estimates comply with Q-Company standards and specifications.
- Support the tender department by providing timely and accurate estimation data.
- Maintain updated cost databases and historical records for future reference.

**Experience**:
Over **10 years of professional experience** in cost estimation and quantity analysis for **civil, structural, and infrastructure projects** across Qatar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
