**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for aluminum and façade works based on tender documents, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Review project scopes, BOQs, and design documentation to determine materials, labor, and time requirements.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop detailed cost breakdowns and pricing strategies to support competitive tender submissions.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure estimates align with the project's technical and constructability requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to tenders and RFPs.
- Maintain and regularly update the unit rates, supplier pricing database, and track market trends.
- Support procurement and commercial teams in negotiations, contract reviews, and post-tender clarifications.
- Identify and assess project risks, incorporating appropriate contingencies into cost proposals.
- Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and tender openings as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Quantity Surveying**, or a related field.
- **Minimum 7 years** of hands-on experience in estimating façade and aluminum systems, preferably within the **GCC** region.
- Proficient in estimation tools such as **Microsoft Excel**, **CCS**, **Candy**, or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)** and local market conditions.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
