We are looking for a **highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Estimator - Aluminum & Façade** to join our team in **Doha, Qatar**. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for high-profile façade and aluminum system projects. From curtain walls to structural glazing and architectural cladding, your expertise will help us win and deliver projects that define the urban landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare precise **cost estimates** for aluminum and façade works, including curtain walls, windows, structural glazing, and cladding.
- Review **tender documents**, BOQs, and technical drawings to evaluate material, labor, and time requirements.
- Source and evaluate **quotations** from suppliers and subcontractors to support pricing accuracy.
- Develop **cost breakdowns** and pricing strategies to support competitive bid submissions.
- Coordinate with **design, engineering**, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with technical and commercial expectations.
- Produce **technical and commercial proposals** for tenders and contracts.
- Maintain and update a **pricing database**, supplier contacts, and market trend insights.
- Participate in **negotiations, clarifications, and post-tender** follow-ups as required.
- Attend **pre-tender meetings**, site visits, and client discussions to understand project scope and conditions.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Quantity Surveying**, or a related field.
- **Minimum 7+ years** of estimation experience in **façade and aluminum systems**, preferably within the **GCC market**.
- Strong proficiency in **estimation software**: Excel, CCS, Candy, or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of **façade systems**, materials, and **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)**.
- Solid analytical and **numerical skills** with high attention to detail.
- Excellent **communication**, negotiation, and project coordination capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage **tight deadlines** under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**
- Expertise in curtain wall, ACP cladding, unitized façades, and glazing systems.
- Knowledge of **local market suppliers** and cost structures.
- Strong **technical understanding** of construction methodologies.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
