**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive marine engine sales.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads within the marine industry.
- Offer technical consultations regarding engine specifications, usage, and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth after-sales support.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Marine Engineering**, or a related field.
- **3 to 5 years of experience** in marine engine sales or a similar technical sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of inboard and outboard marine engines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of:

- Marine propulsion systems
- IMO regulations
- Engine maintenance practices
- Fuel injection systems
- Familiarity with major marine engine brands such as **Perkins**, **Cummins**, **Caterpillar**, **Yanmar**, **Kirloskar**, and **Mahindra**.
