**About the Role**:
We’re looking for experienced **Service Desk and Field Support Engineers** to provide Level 1 technical support for a prestigious sports tournament. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT issues and service requests, working on-site and remotely across various venues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 1 IT support (remote and on-site) for desktops, collaboration tools, and peripherals
- Monitor and resolve incidents, escalating as required
- Handle service requests efficiently and follow SLA timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base entries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Windows OS, Teams, printers/scanners
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset

**Preferred**:

- Microsoft/Networking certifications
- Previous experience in large-scale event support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
