- Use design software to plan and design transportation systems, hydraulic systems, and structures in line with industry and government standards
- Perform or oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction

MUST HAVE UPDA at least grade C
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Mathcad, and GIS
- Steel structure designer
- Experience with project management and construction inspection
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
