Project Sales Manager- Civil Engineer

**Description**: 1. Develops and executes sales plan and programs to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. 2. Conducts sales meeting to administer management responsibilities for sales efforts and personnel including administrative function. 3. Ensures Area Sales Managers are managing their accounts and customer. 4. Responsible for determining the internal and external training needed for personnel within his department to improve their skills. 6. Resolving customer complaints and doing sales works and customer follow-up for orders, technical and financial inquiries and complaints. 7. Provides sales forecast to Purchasing Department to ensure adequate stock level. 8. Participates in preparing the Company's yearly Business Plan. 9. Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with key customers. 10. Prepares a pricing policy that strikes balance between keeping a majority market share while sustaining and improving margins. 11. Maintains and ensures implementation of quality procedures assigned to him. 12. Responsible for preserving and filing documents within his department in such a way that make retrieval process easy and preserver documents. 13. Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Required Experience**: - B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a well-reputable university - 4-6 years sales experience in the constrcution field. - Excellent command of English and Arabic language. - Hard worker - Self motivated - Team Player - Good Follow-up skills
