**About the Role**:
We are seeking a professional and reliable **Bilingual Receptionist (English/Arabic)** to join our team and support a busy immigration law firm. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and providing excellent customer service. While prior legal experience is not required, strong communication skills and client care are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and route incoming phone calls in English and Arabic.
- Provide a welcoming and professional client experience virtually.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in **English and Arabic** (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in **customer service or receptionist roles**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- No prior legal experience required; training will be provided.
