**We are looking to hire a qualified Camp boss to join our dynamic team.**

**Job Responsiblities**:

- Conduct 24/7 watch to carry out regular inspections of the accommodation, common areas, dining area in order to ensure that cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in accordance with Company rules.
- Ensure that the housekeeping of the accommodation should be maintained in line with reviewed standards, everyday and whenever required.
- Fill and keep record of administrative forms in accordance with the Company rules.
- Manage the team of staff working at the camp and increase his motivation.
- Supervise and take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE
- The only person entitled to keep the keys and will be responsible for any eventual shortages.
- The Camp Boss must be clean, tidy and shall follow diligently the disciplinary rules laid out in his contract.
- Responsible for the effective cleaning of the kitchen and all its corresponding areas, the dining area and stores, in accordance with the food Hygiene and Safety rules.

**Requirement**:

- Must have at least high school diploma or relevant discipline.
- minimum of 2 years experience working as a Camp boss, Camp admin, Accommodation officer or any relevant field.
- Must possess strong character and ability to manage tenants in adhering standard rules and regulation in the facility.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic speaker is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS office packages, documentation and filling.
- Must have a valid QID and NOC.
- Able to join immediately.

**Salary**: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Accommodation Management: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- QID and able to join immediately (required)
