Monthly Salary**:From QAR 2,000++ OR QAR 3,200 **(Full package / All in)

**Overview**: As a Coffee Barista, you will be the heart and soul of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:
Coffee Preparation and Brewing:

- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, with precision and consistency.
- Grind coffee beans and adjust grind settings to achieve the desired flavor profiles for different brewing methods.
- Ensure that the coffee brewing equipment is clean and well-maintained.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide recommendations on coffee selections based on customer preferences and preferences.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests.

Beverage Customization:

- Tailor coffee beverages to meet individual customer preferences, such as adjusting sweetness, milk type, or flavorings.
- Prepare latte art and other creative coffee presentations to enhance the visual appeal of drinks.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the coffee shop's POS system.
- Process orders promptly and provide guests with receipts and a pleasant checkout experience.

Cleanliness and Sanitation:

- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including the espresso machine, grinder, and preparation stations.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, cups, and other coffee bar equipment regularly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Restocking and Inventory Management:

- Monitor coffee and ingredient inventory levels and alert the management team when supplies need to be replenished.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other related items.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar coffee-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and coffee bean characteristics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Creativity and attention to detail to produce visually appealing and flavorful coffee beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
