We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee program and elevate our café experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional quality.
- Train, mentor, and supervise barista team members to maintain consistent standards in coffee preparation and customer service.
- Develop and refine drink recipes, seasonal menus, and brewing methods.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and café supplies — including ordering and stock control.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Support hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews of barista staff.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales, implement promotions, and uphold brand identity.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of barista experience, including.
- Deep understanding of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Passionate about coffee culture and customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
- Barista training or certification (e.g., SCA) preferred but not required.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
