Responsibilities

Manage and grow Construction department to meet goals.
Optimize manpower strategy, choose and create a team of specialists to assure quality and timely engineering and construction inquiries.
Add offshore construction and maintenance services.
Explore offshore construction and maintenance opportunities.
Client relations and project acquisition.
Promote Company Offshore & Marine competencies.
Ensure construction project, operations, and work processes comply with legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
Help examine contract/tendering documentation to ensure it meets specifications.
Execute long-term business plan and aggressively evaluate new business possibilities with Commercial & Business Development Manager
Communicate contract labor obligations and comply with norms.
Work pack and procurement for site engineering and construction.
Perform technical and support tasks for contracts, agreements, tenders, and other written documents.
To meet Company Offshore standards, inspect construction and maintenance materials, supplies, equipment, and services for quality and quantity.
Ensure contract field work meets business standards, procedures, specifications, and codes.
Maintain HSE, quality, and financial accountability.
Coordinate daily operations with boats and clients.
Coordinates information between Project, Subsea, Engineering, Commercial, Marine, Technical, Crew Manning, and Fabrication Yard. Protects employee health and the environment at all sites/work premises under their authority.

**Requirements**:
Mechanical/Civil/Construction Engineering Master's
Minimum 10 years of offshore project/construction/maintenance experience.
Engineering and project management software expertise
Oracle apps
English proficient Mechanical, structural, and SURF knowledge
Health, safety, security, and environmental regulations knowledge
Understanding Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001
