Female Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Female **Administrative Assistant** _**with experience in engineering or technical companies**_. This role combines general administrative tasks with support for technical documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project and company documentation
- Assist in procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Prepare submittals and transmittals for project requirements
- Track stock and inventory levels; assist in maintaining records
- Prepare technical reports and documentation in coordination with the sales and engineering team
- Coordinate with clients to follow up on requirements or clarifications
- Assist with internal and external quality audits by maintaining necessary records and documentation
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in an engineering, construction, or technical company
- Knowledge of documentation practices, submittals, and transmittals
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Valid QID /transferable visa/under Husband's sponsorship.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, or related field)
- Familiarity with quality management systems or audits preferred.
