We are looking for a female HR Assistant under sponsorship/family visa to join our HR department. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple administrative and HR-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Prepare and process employee letters and memos
  • Support recruitment activities (CV screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
  • Handle leave records, attendance, and related reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Assist with HR-related communication and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Currently under Family / Husband Sponsorship

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month
