The Role
Charterhouse is presently managing a search, for a Deputy Laboratory Manager to join a well-established multinational material testing laboratory in Qatar. The role will report directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible in managing the Laboratory operations of 4 laboratories, staffing and optimisation of workflows. You will also be producing monthly performance reporting which includes financial process improvement. In conjunction, you will be able to coordinate equipment acquisition, maintenance requirements, accurately checking process and tasks. You will also provide commercial and technical leadership, such as commercial strategy, client relationship management, managing resources, monitoring sales pipeline and contact administration for projects. Additionally, you will have a good understanding of analysis techniques and reporting when required, with a good understanding of the Protocols (ISO17025).
