**Starting salary**: QAR 1,800 PLUS free shared accommodation and transportation

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Fine Dining Restaurant Waiter to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Waiter in our fine dining restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable service, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction during their visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Guest Service:

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, offering personalized suggestions and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Order Taking and Processing:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point of sale (POS) system promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before serving to guests.

Table Service and Etiquette:

- Conduct professional tableside service, including pouring beverages, presenting dishes, and assisting with any guest requests.
- Demonstrate impeccable etiquette and knowledge of fine dining service standards, including proper cutlery usage and napkin folding.

Beverage Knowledge:

- Offer beverage recommendations that complement guests' meal choices.
- Demonstrate expertise in wine service, including opening and decanting wine, and serving it at the appropriate temperature.

Upselling and Sales:

- Suggest additional menu items, specials, and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Promote house specialties, desserts, and premium beverages to guests.

Customer Relations:

- Engage guests in friendly conversation, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and tactfully, resolving issues to their utmost satisfaction.

Table Maintenance and Setup:

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, promptly clearing empty dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
- Ensure table settings, glassware, and utensils are polished and pristine.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and teamwork.
- Assist fellow team members when needed to optimize efficiency during busy periods.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Waiter in a fine dining restaurant or an upscale hospitality establishment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Thorough knowledge of fine dining service etiquette, including wine service and tableside preparations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverages, with a desire to continually enhance knowledge in the industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the restaurant's operating hours.

**Salary**: From QAR1,800.00 per month
