**Main Duties**:

- Identify learning and development needs ofstakeholders.
- Develop learning and development strategies in alignment with the center’s overall strategic plan.
- Develop appropriate learning and development materials.
- Deliver learning and development workshops to stakeholders.
- Provide consultation services to stakeholders.
- Consult with research analyst and both case study analyst and faculty to develop relevant training programs and human capital development workshops.
- Track budgets for learning and development activities and negotiate contracts.
- Assess learning and development activities and suggest improvement plans.
- Perform other tasks and duties

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- At least a Master degree in a business or related discipline from an accredited university.
- Professional certification in Learning & Development.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Have a good experience in working with Qatari organizations in relevant projects.
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with different stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Arabic-English bilingual
