Elv Sales Executive

We are a leading security system and physical security installation company in Qatar, specializing in the installation, integration, and maintenance of advanced security systems. We are seeking qualified and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
**Position Purpose**
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals by engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing tailored ELV solutions, and driving business development. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and interpret client requirements for ELV/physical security systems.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and inventory management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Plan, monitor, and support project execution in line with client demands and schedules.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits.
- Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and proposals for projects.
- Identify and engage with potential suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to maximize value.
- Use procurement software to create RFQs, purchase requisitions, and material reports.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong client, contractor, and consultant relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales, preferably within the ELV/security systems sector.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Software Proficiency**
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- AutoCAD (preferred).
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
