**Al Faisal International Business and Security Services** is urgently in need of **ELV Sales Engineer**. He is responsible for driving the sales and business development of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm Systems, and Intercom solutions. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales acumen. The ELV Sales Engineer will identify client requirements, propose appropriate solutions, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and provide pre
- and post-sales support. This position acts as the key link between clients, consultants, internal design teams, and project execution teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- A diploma in a related field with relevant experience may also be considered.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in ELV system sales or technical support.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as CCTV, ACS, PA, IPTV, Structured Cabling, and Fire Alarm Systems.
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems design, specifications, and integration.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, BS, local civil defense codes).
**Sales & Communication Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid driving license (preferred or required depending on the region).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD/basic design tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Experience in providing Technical Support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Experience in the security services industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
