**Job Title: Project Manager**

**Location: Doha Qatar**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, from inception to completion of roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects in Qatar.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Ensure all project phases comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and government requirements, particularly with Ashghal and other authorities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Ensure quality control and assurance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor the project team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with government bodies and obtain necessary permits and approvals required for project execution.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management within roads, infrastructure, and drainage sectors in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's regulatory requirements, including Ashghal guidelines and permit procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure projects in Qatar.
