**Job Summary**:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the civil principal inspections project ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of the project in line with client specifications and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, plan, and manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all civil inspection activities meet project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- Monitor the performance of the project team and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Report regularly to senior management and provide detailed progress reports.

- Leadership & Decision Making: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, make timely decisions, and provide direction to achieve project goals.
- Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and act proactively to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the project meets all client specifications and quality standards.
