**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist the marketing team with campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with documentation processes and office management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Experience in digital marketing (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Valid visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.
