A Leading marine service company in Qatar looking for an "**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**" who has supported the administration department. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in coordinating marine operations, including vessel scheduling, crew assignments, and logistics coordination. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vessel operations, including crew manifests, voyage reports, and equipment inventory. - Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth port operations. - Prepare and process documentation for vessel clearance, including customs declarations, port entry forms, and crew documentation. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders. - Provide administrative support to the marine operations team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing events. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, to support efficient office operations. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the marine industry. - Knowledge of marine operations, including vessel scheduling, crew management, and port procedures. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as required.
