**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate 3D structural models using Tekla Structures for PEB and hot rolled steel structures.
- Generate approval, fabrication, and erection drawings from Tekla models.
- Review and coordinate Tekla models with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, MEP, etc.) to ensure design integration and minimize clashes.
- Verify that models and drawings conform to project specifications, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Perform quality checks and resolve modeling or detailing issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers and drafters.
- Assist in training programs and help upskill team members on Tekla and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related fields.
- 10 to 15 Years of Work experience
- Must have experience in PEB and Hot rolled structure modeling
- Able to develop 3D models, approval, fabrication & erection drawings
- Review & coordinate Models with other disciplines
- Mentor Junior Modelers and assist with training initiatives
- Review & check Tekla Models and associated drawings for accuracy with specification & Standards
