**Account Manager and Creative Marketing In-Charge**
**Location**: Qatar

**Overview**:
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a solid understanding of marketing trends, audience behavior, and digital communication tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily client communication, understand objectives, and ensure timely, effective delivery.
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals.
- Generate new concepts and innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand presence.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create and curate engaging, original content — text, visuals, and videos — that demonstrates strong creativity and marketing insight.
- Collaborate with design, content, and production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign success and recommend improvements.
- Present ideas, reports, and results professionally to clients and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure prompt responses to client and audience inquiries on all digital platforms.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in marketing, account management, or social media management (preferably in an agency).
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and creative content strategies.
- Highly creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the Qatar market and familiarity with local consumer trends is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Valid Qatari ID.
- Car and valid driving license.
