The group is expanding rapidly and requires a **Group Finance Manager / Controller** to lead consolidated reporting, manage cross-border transactions, and ensure financial discipline across entities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all financial operations across group entities (Doha, UK, and Africa).
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Manage inter-company accounting, treasury flows, and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Develop internal financial controls, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with auditors, accountants, and banks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support investment and acquisition due diligence in collaboration with Samasu Capital.
- Supervise finance staff and coordinate with HR on payroll and cost management.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; **CPA, ACCA, or CMA** certification preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience, ideally across multinational or holding group structures.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and inter-company accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar) and Excel financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing multi-currency accounts and cross-border finance.
