**Job Title: Sushi Chef**

**Location**: Qatar

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure that all sushi dishes meet our quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain adequate inventory levels and freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with management to develop new sushi menu items and seasonal specials
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following sanitation guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and sushi-making techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes
- Certification from a culinary school or sushi training program is preferred but not required

**Salary**: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
