**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and cost planning.
- Track changes to the design and construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Measure and value work done on-site.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
- Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.
- Assess and certify payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX).
- Knowledge of construction contracts and applicable legislation.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
