Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical, located in Ras Laffan. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Daily tasks include cost estimation, contract administration, valuation of completed work, and managing subcontractor payments. The role also entails preparing bills of quantities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Cost estimation and financial management skills
  • Proficient in contract administration and managing subcontractor payments
  • Experience in preparing bills of quantities and monitoring project progress
  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and quality standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ras Laffan
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS) and experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
