Durham School for Girls Doha (DSGD) is seeking to appoint a dedicated Executive Director of Operations. This is a key role in the school and supports the Principal and the Board directly in all the non academic roles.
- This position covers all responsibility for the non-academic workings of the school.
- Business background required, some knowledge of finance, budgeting also required.
- High level management skills, team player, good organizational and personal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and change focus rapidly. Good with numbers and logic
- Customer service ability and good personal presence able to represent the school in any scenario.
- Ability to bridge Support side with Academic side.
- Create a cohesive team that works and supports the academic side.
- Develop and ensure implementation of all school policies from support side.

The Admin team in the school is outstanding and this is an opportunity for leadership and development. The school has completed 5 years and we are now entering into the next phase of the schools development.
