Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Clinical Competency project to ensure consistency in documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage departmental support functions related to the clinical competency project, including planning and implementing evaluations, arranging meetings with evaluators and evaluates, and handling logistics as necessary.

Assist the Department Director and Project managers in planning meetings, preparing reports, scheduling evaluation rollouts, drafting reports, and maintaining records/documents related to Competency Evaluations/project.

Assist in the development and review of clinical competency checklists, planning competency-based professional development plans, monitoring training, and creating status reports to ensure compliance with timelines.

Facilitate and monitor Clinical Competency Development projects, compile and analyze data for reports and documentation, and arrange training sessions or workshops as needed.

Assist in the preparation of reports and related documents as required to comply with statutory requirements, if applicable.

Support the development of competency evaluation frameworks, policies, protocols, and standards in accordance with local and international systems.

Coordinate with internal and external partners regarding competency evaluations and development.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining quality work by thinking ahead in all tasks and taking necessary measures to ensure compliance with standards in a timely manner.

Identify and report potential or actual non-compliances or deviations from agreed-upon operation standards during clinical competency evaluations as early as possible.

Follow and ensure evidence-based practices in competency evaluation-related policies, procedures, frameworks, and protocols.

Foster effective teamwork and communication.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand risks in the assigned area of work, develop a plan to mitigate those risks, and establish shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan.

The incumbent will perform any related duties or responsibilities as directed.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.

Bachelor's degree in nursing, medicine, or a healthcare-related field.

Certificate or training in health administration or management.

Proficiency in written communication and strong organizational skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and accurately, both verbally and in writing.

Advanced skills in MS Office to create effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated capacity to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
