**Job Type**: Permanent

Project Duration : 2 Yrs

Experience: Min 20 years of overall experience in Fixed Assets.

10+ years experience in Managerial position.

10+ years of Hospital/Health care experience

5+ years experience in Qatar.

Proven experience in a high-volume of fixed assets in Oracle EBS environment.

Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principle.

Working Hrs: 8 hrs / 5 Days

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

**Major Responsibility**:

- Strategy Formulation
- Asset Aquisition
- Asset Tagging,verification,transfer,revaluation and retirement.
- Inventory reconciliation
- Staff Management
- Audit Coordination

**Experience & Knowledge Requirement**:

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft workd,Excel,Power point and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills.
- Adequate presentation skills for educating clients on procedures to be followed.
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
