Duties and responsibilities:

- Coordinate the daily route distribution
- Receive a report on the readiness of distribution department complaints
- Assign the daily distribution schedule for every driver
- Participate in the “24/7 on call” for the sales team throughout the year
- Supervise the distribution team and distribute the work schedule
- Safety is paramount, You must be vigilant in ensuring your safety and the safety of others
- Handle the daily problems and resolve any emergency cases
- Performs other job duties as assigned
- To be a good role model for the team in terms of compliance with the company policies and procedures and work ethics
- Maintain a complete headcount in the entity and request drivers in case of shortage
- Safeguard discipline at work and handle policies of noncompliance, such as absenteeism, tardiness, etc.
- Regularly communicate with staff to maintain positive relationships

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution-related role in the gas or related industry
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and knowledge of Arabic are desirable but not essential
- High-level proficiency in Excel and Word

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- distribution, administration, customer service: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
- English (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Doha: Relocate before starting work (required)
