We are looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing Assistant to provide effective and efficient support to our Marketing Director. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and a strong ability to multitask, manage projects, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Help with content creation for various marketing materials (social media, newsletters, website content, presentations).
- Coordinate and support the execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle communication with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide general support to the marketing team and ensure smooth workflow across various marketing initiatives.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
- Work closely with an experienced Marketing Director and gain valuable industry knowledge.
- Be part of a dynamic, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
