**Primary purpose of job**
Accountable to administer company secretary compliance and corporate compliance in respect of QatarEnergy and its

managed subsidiaries; and to administer trademarks and domain names, to assist QatarEnergy to achieve its aims in a

lawful, effective, ethical and accountable manner.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a legal/corporate/regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with members of the Legal Department, as well as other stakeholders.
- Digital literacy. Advanced expertise and skills in word and data/information processing including MS Office software
- Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined.

**Education**:

- University degree at a recognized university in a relevant field (Law Degree not mandatory)
