**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes (e.g., kebabs, mandi, hummus, tabbouleh, shawarma, biryani, etc.)
- Develop and update Arabic menu offerings in line with seasonal and customer preferences
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the restaurant’s standards
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local regulations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed
- Manage inventory and order ingredients specific to Arabic cuisine
- Monitor food cost and minimize waste
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Participate in menu tastings, events, and customer feedback sessions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Arabic or Middle Eastern Chef (3-5 years preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Arabic spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to prepare meals for large groups while maintaining high quality
- Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred)
- Familiarity with food safety and kitchen sanitation guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity and passion for Arabic cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (Arabic and/or English preferred)

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
