Job Role**:Chef de Partie - Arabic Food**

Monthly Salary**:QAR 2,800 to QAR 3,500 plus FREE transportation and shared accommodation**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations within the Arabic cuisine section of the kitchen.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste in all aspects of the culinary process.
- Conduct regular inspections of food items to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold consistent quality across all dishes.
- Monitor and manage food costs by implementing efficient portion control and waste reduction measures.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management to develop cost-effective recipes without compromising quality.
- Regularly review suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining ingredient quality.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative and authentic Arabic menus that reflect current culinary trends.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to introduce new dishes, ensuring a balance between traditional flavors and contemporary twists.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to continually enhance the menu offerings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a focus on Arabic cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
- Strong understanding of cost control, portion management, and kitchen efficiency.
- Creative flair and a passion for staying updated on culinary trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Salary**: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
