We are looking for an **ICSS Lead**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Doha, Qatar**

**Estimated Start Date: ASAP**

**Estimated End Date: 2027**

**Contract Duration: 36 Months**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
- 8 years of relevant experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

Technical and Business Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.

Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure that the Contractor's ICSS engineering for Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) comply with the Contract requirements including project codes and standards.
- Review and approve Contractor/Vendor ICSS engineering deliverables for Topsides and Onshore facilities (Offshore scope).
- Plan and schedule the ICSS engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with company operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
- Participate in key design workshop and ensure that workshop recommendations are correctly implemented and actions closed (Cyber security workshop, Lessons Learned, Value Engineering, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, engineering criticality assessment, etc.).
- Ensure the seamless integration of various third-party packages into the ICSS.
- Develop and review control and safety systems, cause and effects, shutdown hierarchy requirements, system control narratives.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts across relevant disciplines involved in the delivery of the ICSS systems related to Topsides and ensures endorsement of technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
- Supervise the Engineering interface for control & safety systems between Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) and Onshore Project team. Monitor and co-ordinate timely closing of all interface aspects, related to integration of ICSS with other projects.
- Attend FATs/SAT for ICSS and support field commissioning activities/site queries.
- Co-ordination / development of procedures for smooth handover of ICSS package to operations.
