We are looking for an experienced female **Spa Therapist & Trainer** to join our Maison De Joelle team You will be responsible for providing first class professional wellness therapies, beauty treatments, facial and massage treatments to our clients, training and educating other therapists in the salon, and visiting B2B clients to offer our premium skincare products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

**As an Outdoor Sales & Trainer**:

- Highly skilled in **SPA services** - body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure.
- Able to effectively teach and demonstrate proper techniques to the salon staff, stressing hygiene, safety, use of correct products, precautions, and health benefits.
- Trains the salon staff in product knowledge and appropriate sales techniques.
- Be the go-to expert for any questions other technicians may have regarding spa services and treatments.
- Must be very hands-on, pay strong attention to detail, and have a goal-oriented attitude.
- Managing equipment and inventory.
- Enforces that all processes, procedures, and protocols are being followed.
- Present product demonstration to the clients / salon owners or managers.
- Provide a training for B2B clients and their team on the range of skin care products.
- Meet sales targets by selling product and placing client orders.
- Identify, research, and resolve client inquiries involving product, delivery or payment.
- Follow-up on client inquiries and maintain an organized database.
- Complete call/ visits logs and reports each day.
- Locating new and different branches of salons daily.
- Work as a team to provide the most accurate and efficient service to our clients.
- Other business duties as assigned.

**As a SPA Therapist**:

- Ensures excellent, memorable, and hygienic services to the clients.
- Upsells and cross sells products, stressing the product’s health benefits.
- Promotes other salon services for a holistic take on pampering.
- Creates a positive brand image and convinces B2C clients to use our products.
- Provide clients with expert product information

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- With valid Qatar driving license
- Preferably a licensed cosmetologist
- Diploma/Certifications in body massage is required.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience required

Bilingual is a MUST: Arabic and English

License/Certification:

- Qatar driving license (required)
