**You should be**able to coordinate the production of all digital content, including and not limited to videos, clips graphics, editing, creating video content for all our media platforms (TV, SM, WEBSITE...). The content should cover VPR (Video Press Releases), Digital stories, promotional posts, and online material for Aspire Academy. Working under the supervision and direction of the Head of PR & Communications, you will be involved in developing and strengthening the Academy's digital media portfolio.

We'll work together with a great commitment, as an integral part of the academy, striving to achieve the same standards of excellence in the field of expertise in Communications and PR / Media as well as marketing and Branding/ Events that reflects both the academic / education and sports programs.

**What will you do - Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce videography content for clients within tight deadlines.
- Photographic images for press releases, web news stories, and promotional print and online material.
- All images are to be rendered in electronic format as soon as is practicable after the photographs are taken.
- Executing Aspire Academy's social media strategy, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and any other relevant social media.
- Maintain a full understanding of digital media topics.
- Remain updated with emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices. Regularly update colleagues and management on these trends and make recommendations for new activities.
- Track content creation/social media campaigns and opportunities.
- Develop innovative and effective digital, social media, and marketing solutions to help Aspire Academy by achieving its objectives
- Work within Aspire Academy's Marketing and Communications team focusing on providing an effective and appropriate service to media.
- Other duties assigned.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 4-6 years of industry experience in the field of broadcast/video production facility, as a freelancer or in an online environment; Editing, Vision mixing remote cameras, Eng shooting, Basic lighting, Basic audio production, Creating audio/video content for the web.
- Proven experience as a multi-media officer; experience in digital media is preferred. Experience in web video distribution.
- Experience editing on different programs and has a flair for using computer graphics to produce audio-visuals
- Broad knowledge of different multi-media channels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Works effectively with people from all backgrounds and cultures and demonstrates flexibility.
- Can effectively reorganize activities when faced with changing contexts and demands
- Strong decision-making skills, quick thinking, intelligence, and articulation.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in a relevant discipline such as Broadcast Operations, Film/Video/TV, Media Production, and Broadcast Journalism. A Master's degree in one of these fields is preferred.
